1. What type of decoration can I put on my product?

We have the ability to decorate your promotional items in a wide range of different techniques. We can do: embroidery, screen printing, laser etching, deboss, HXD, Infusion Printing, Flexo-Printing, Direct-to-Garment, and others. Each technique offers a unique look and feel. We can even combine techniques for something really special.


2. Can you digitize my logo for me? 

Absolutely!


3. Can you help me design my logo or other artwork for my project?

Yes, we have skilled graphic designers that can help you with any aspect of your artwork, from virtual samples to full design of your logo or related artwork.


4. Can I put my logo on name brand apparel?

5. Does Andrew's do banners, signs, tents, or other items needed for tradeshows?

Of course!


6. What about hard goods like water bottles, portable cell phone chargers, notebooks, umbrellas, pens, sports equipment, or backpacks?

We have lots of experience branding all of those items and more. Pretty much, if you can dream it up, we can put your logo and branding on it!


7. Can you create products that match specific Pantone colors?

Yes, some products can be matched perfectly to your brand's colors. Contact us for details.


8. Can I come visit your showroom?

Absolutely. We have lots of samples on display in our showroom. Come by to see, touch, try them on, and view our various decoration techniques in person.


9. Can I order samples of products I am interested in?

11. Can you help me brainstorm products to fit my project?

This is our favorite part of what we do and what we are best at. We can help you pick the right product, with the right decoration, color, and size to fit your project and budget. 


12. Can you ship out of state or out of the country?

13. How much do you charge for shipping?

14. Do you require a minimum order?

Generally we ask for a minimum order of 12-24 pieces, it depends on the details of the project. Contact us for details.


15. Do you charge sales tax?

If you live in Washington state, and you do not plan to resell the items you buy from us, then we must charge sales tax on the order. If you have a resale certificate, or if you are located outside of Washington, we will not charge sales tax.
