Showing Up As One Team

For 50 years, Flow Waterjet has been helping manufacturers tackle some pretty complex cutting challenges with innovative waterjet technology. When it comes to precision, they know a thing or two.
The Challenge: Different Events. One Team.
A trade show is a lot of things. A chance to connect, share what's new, meet potential customers, and put your brand in front of the right people.
And while what your team wears might not be the first thing on the planning checklist, it's definitely part of how your brand shows up.
With IMTS and Fabtech on the calendar, Flow Waterjet needed branded apparel that would bring its team together visually. Professional, recognizable, and consistent with a brand that already had a strong identity.
Sounds straightforward, right?
Now add multiple apparel styles, three different artwork designs, three decorators, and individual shipments going to different locations.
Suddenly, there's a little more to think about than where the logo goes.

Our Approach: Making Every Piece Feel Like Part of the Team
Here's the thing about a unified team look: it doesn't have to mean everyone wears the exact same thing.
We helped Flow Waterjet find the right mix of apparel and branding details, incorporating familiar elements from their existing look while making sure different styles still felt like they belonged together.
Behind the scenes, that meant coordinating artwork, working with multiple decorators, and keeping track of production and deliveries to different addresses. A lot of details, all working toward the same goal.
So when the team showed up at IMTS and Fabtech, the apparel did what it was supposed to do: help them look like one team, representing one brand.
Different pieces. Different people. One team.
Multiple styles, locations, and moving parts? That's where we come in.
